It seems like there is always a new fad in the fitness world. A new diet, a new exercise machine, a new quick-fix trick. It can be a lot to keep up with! 

But there are some things, good basic fitness knowledge, that stays steady throughout all of the trends and fads.

I thought it might be fun this week to post a little quiz so that you can test your fitness IQ and see how savvy you are in your fitness and nutrition knowledge!
