I first came up with the idea for Feel Fabulous in February four years ago. The idea came to me because I wanted to jumpstart my own fitness after having had a slump in my early forties. I was really fit and used to have tons of time for working out and eating well when I was in my twenties, but then life kind of hit me in my late thirties/early forties and stress and work and it all kind of got on top of me.
