January 1st is the beginning of a new year, a new chapter. The chance for a new beginning. Millions of people set out each year to transform themselves with ambitious New Years resolutions, but did you know that by January 3rd almost 97% of these resolutions have been abandoned?
We at Individual Fitness help our clients actually achieve the goals that they set out for themselves, and we do this by dropping the ‘R’ and the ‘E’ from resolution, and focusing on the solution.
One of the keys to doing this and achieving your goals is to achieve the right mindset that will keep you moving forward with motivation and focus. This mindset is what I like to call “winning the day”.
