Give us a chance to explain. This is NOT a body-shaming post. This is just a call to wake-up to the reality that maybe you aren’t at the best place health wise, and maybe you could take some steps to improve. For you. For your family. For your future.
We are all shaped and formed differently, and we are all beautifully and wonderfully formed. What we are talking about here is YOUR body in a healthy place for you.
We’ve been doing this for a really long time. And here’s a sad and shocking statistic:
According to the World Health Organization; “At least 2.8 million people each year die as a result of being overweight or obese. The prevalence of obesity nearly tripled between 1975 and 2016.”
We get why you’re hesitant. Losing weight and getting into good physical shape is hard. It can be incredibly frustrating. It involves significant lifestyle changes that are not much fun to contemplate. To do it successfully you need a large amount of discipline, support, and encouragement.
And sometimes that is not easy to come by.
But success feels SO GOOD. The journey might be long, but before too long you will start to see results when you stick with it. You’re going to feel like an entirely new person. You will feel younger, more energetic, happier, and just better.
