I first came up with the idea for Feel Fabulous in February four years ago. The idea came to me because I wanted to jumpstart my own fitness after having had a slump in my early forties. I was really fit and used to have tons of time for working out and eating well when I was in my twenties, but then life kind of hit me in my late thirties/early forties and stress and work and it all kind of got on top of me. Sound familiar?
So, I remember it was in December and I saw a picture of myself and I just wasn’t happy with the way that I looked, but more importantly I wasn’t happy with how I felt. I was tired all the time, felt achey, and just couldn’t keep up with the life that I wanted to live. So I decided that I wanted to change that, and to get a jumpstart on my fitness and lifestyle goal changes, I developed Feel Fabulous in February.
And now here it is…a life changer for tons and tons of our clients every year.
