When we created Individual Fitness, we spent a long time thinking about how we can improve upon the standard “gym experience” to create something new, a formula for something that would bring real, long lasting results for clients. 

It was a lot of work. And, at the end of the day, it is a really simple idea. But all the more beautiful in it’s simplicity. We create custom physical fitness programs around each person. An Individual Fitness plan. Geared towards their bodies, their health, their goals, their needs. So simple. And yet not easy. But we did it, and continue to do it every single day because it brings results, and because it is the right thing to do for our clients. 

Does it make things harder? Yes. Is it a lot more work on our part? Absolutely. Would we change it? Nope. 

It is radically different from the way other big fitness companies run. Their business model is based much more on volume; getting as many people as possible to sign up for memberships, and then hoping that they don’t show up. See, because, if they don’t show up, then they can spend less money on overhead; gym equipment, personnel, etc. They don’t care if you get results or not.

We don’t like that. We want you to meet your goals. So we do everything that we can to get you there. With personalized support. An individualized fitness and nutrition plan. And as much encouragement, and support as you need.

It is a big difference. The results speak for themselves.
