What I Am Great At

But I know what I am great at.

I am a fitness and nutrition person. I’m really great at helping people figure out realistic fitness goals and set achievable, actionable plans and then work towards that plan and actually make them happen.

I am not trying to brag at all, it is just something I am good at, and more importantly, it is something that I am incredibly passionate about helping people with because maintaining your fitness is one of the best ways to stay healthy and be able to enjoy and experience life for a long, long time.

New Growth

Yesterday I woke up to a joyous cacophony of bird song right outside my bedroom window. As I made my way into work I couldn’t help looking around in awe and wonder at all of the trees practically glowing with healthy green leaves, new growth, and some of them alight with colorful flowers. Everywhere I looked was the very picture of lush life. The sight of it made my chest ache with gratitude and hope. It was a long, bleak, weird winter, cold and snowy as all New Hampshire winters are, but also tumultuous in other ways that are not so typical. You know what I mean.

Why You Gotta Join Feel Fabulous In February

When it comes to losing weight and improving your fitness and lifestyle, one thing is true. You can’t do it alone. You need motivation. And you need support. And you need the right tools at your disposal.

The better the tools that you have are, the better your chances are of succeeding, and you are going to get there faster, easier, and have more fun doing it!

Which is why this entire blog post is about Feel Fabulous in February.

I first came up with the idea for Feel Fabulous in February four years ago. The idea came to me because I wanted to jumpstart my own fitness after having had a slump in my early forties. I was really fit and used to have tons of time for working out and eating well when I was in my twenties, but then life kind of hit me in my late thirties/early forties and stress and work and it all kind of got on top of me.
