Sugar Free Sweet & Spicy Bacon Chicken Bites
Thanksgiving is sneaking up on us and it is a time of fun, family and that 4-letter word…FOOD. We know how hard the Holiday’s can be with all the yummy food that is served. We would like to share this awesome protein packed healthy and delicious appetizer with you to bring to your family’s Thanksgiving this year!
Prep Time 20 minutes Cook Time 30 minutes Total Time 50 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken tenderloin boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 16 ounces bacon cut into fourths
- 1/2 cup Swerve sweetener
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Wrap the pieces bacon over each piece of chicken.
- Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil or you can use a cooling rack over the baking pan.
- Whisk the last 3 ingredients together in a bowl and roll each chicken bite into the mixture.
- Place chicken bites on baking pans or cooling rack over pans.
- Bake for 25- 30 minutes.
- Prepare Homemade Ranch Dressing to serve with.

Mayo Free Ranch Dressing {Egg, Soy, & Sugar Free}
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt 2%
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk 1%
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
