  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • ¼ cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 2 tbs fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ banana
  • ½ cup of spinach to make it green
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¾ cup water

Nutrition: Calories: 248 Protein: 37g Carbs: 15g Fat: 6g

Optional: For topping: ½ of a wholegrain graham cracker, crushed
