- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ banana
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon & 4 dashes of nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract & 2 squirts of honey
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ¼ Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup ice
