Hello December, hello holiday smoothies!! Made to order in house The IF Way!!
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup
- 2 tbsp non-fat greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp of sugar-free caramel candy chopped
- 8 oz water
- 2 to 3 Ice Cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with crushed, sugar-free caramel candy.
