  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup N.F. cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 full sheet chocolate graham cracker
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 chocolate graham cracker
  • 1-2 tbsp PB2
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup ice
