SET YOUR GOALS AND MAINTAIN THEM
Write a list of what you want to achieve. Post your goals where you will see them
every day and share them with a friend, family members and your trainer.
POST YOUR MANTRA
Write a mantra that supports your goals. Use it every day as part of your daily quiet time or meditation. Reaffirmit in journal entries, during solitary exercise routines, on your computer as a screen saver.
USE YOUR SUPPORT TO RE-AFFIRM YOUR GOALS
Check in with your trainer of fitness buddy as to how your goals are progressing. As you feel stronger and more fit, reassess your goals, add and expand your list and cross off what you have successfully achieved.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS AND REWARD YOURSELF WITH SELF CARE
Keep a journal and review your entries. Track your progress and plan self-care treats around your successes. Book a massage, get a pedicure, plan a shopping spree and fashion show to fully celebrate how far you have come.
