    WOW!! I did not realize all of the health benefits of nutmeg and cinnamon!! I love a splash in my morning coffee…It is sooo yummy! Often use both in cooking and baking which makes the entire house smell wonderful!! In eggnog, oatmeal and chopped apples…the possibilities are endless! In addition both have so many positive impacts on health of body, mind and soul! How can one resist utilizing both?
