Fitness has always been an important part of my life. As a lifelong competitive athlete, I grew up with individualized coaching, accountability, and a strong understanding of how movement can impact both your physical and mental well-being. After graduating college and transitioning into a new chapter of life, I wanted to find a way to make fitness a consistent part of my routine again—one that complemented everything else I have going on.
Today, I’m balancing several different passions and responsibilities. I’m a former collegiate athlete, I work in medicine, and I compete in the Miss America Organization. While each of these chapters of my life looks different, I want to feel strong, confident, and prepared for whatever I take on next. Individual Fitness has helped me build that foundation.
I feel and look stronger since starting at IF, but what I value most is the personalized approach. I never feel like I have to fit a certain “gym rat” mold. The coaching is tailored to my body, my goals, and my life, which makes the experience feel incredibly personal and valuable. Having that individualized attention reminds me of what I loved about 1:1 coaching in sports, while still giving me the flexibility to make fitness work in my everyday life.
And it’s not just the program—it’s the people. The coaches are incredibly encouraging, kind, and uplifting, and the clients create a community of hardworking people who genuinely want to see each other succeed. It’s an environment that makes you want to show up.
I’ve always had an interest in holistic wellness, and for me, fitness is one piece of taking care of my whole self. I want to feel my best physically, stay mentally fit through exercise, and create healthy habits in my early 20s that will set the foundation for the rest of my life. Individual Fitness has helped me realize that taking care of your mind, body, and soul doesn’t have to be complicated—it starts with making yourself a priority.
If you’re on the fence about becoming a client, I would say you don’t have to fit a certain mold or already know exactly what you’re doing. You just have to be willing to start. IF meets you where you are and helps you build something that works for you.
I’m proud of how much stronger and more confident I feel, and I’m excited to continue growing—not just for my next competition or accomplishment, but for the person I want to be for the rest of my life.
