We live in a country where sugar addiction is rampant. In fact, I think more people are experiencing it than not.
There are all kinds of quick fixes, fads and tricks available for purchase to ‘help’ with this.
From tongue numbing agents to pills and everything in between, there’s no shortage of companies trying to make money off of the addiction that most people fail to conquer.
So, how do you do it you may ask?

Stop giving into your cravings.
Ouch. Not what you wanted to hear – I know.
The good news is your sugar cravings will pass. The unfortunate news is, they will never go away.
By not giving into them instantly each time, they magically happen less frequently and less intense.
Most people simply don’t make it long enough for this to happen, because it is not as simple for them.
A reason for this is that sugar is hidden everywhere and often disguised under different names in the ingredients.
