  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ banana
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon & ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup ice
