After injuring my foot, I slowly started falling out of all my healthy habits and a couple years later I found myself at the heaviest I had ever been. I tried not to focus on the number but had gotten to a point that I didn’t even feel like myself. My first meeting with Jim I told him, “I just want to feel good again.”
I feel stronger in so many ways, doing workouts I’ve either never done before or had been a very long time. I feel happier because I’m healthier. There’s really so many results but reaching and passing your goal weight feels pretty amazing too!
My favorite part about IF is probably the energy of everyone here. They are so positive in a genuine way, which makes it easier to have so much fun while you’re working out. My Workouts here are some of my favorite parts of my week. I learn a lot or even just refresh on things I’ve forgotten. Even on days I don’t feel my strongest going in, I leave feeling like a Badass!
On the fence about joining IF? Do it. It is like health insurance only on the preventative side.
