Our personal training services provide you with one-on-one private sessions. Your trainer will not only keep you motivated but will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed and reach your personal fitness goals.
Our IF Buddy System provides you and a friend with a private one-on-one session. You both will receive a focused and structured personal training, with the added value of having a friend pushing and motivating you.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Our IF semi-private provides you and three or more friends, or soon to be friends as close to a private one-on-one session as you can get. With a perfect blend of cardio, strength training, and interval workouts, these programs will get you into the shape you’ve always wanted quicker than you ever thought possible.
Nutrition is key to your fitness success. Our nutritional program will provide you with customized meal plans, shopping lists, and a personal dietary journal that will teach you healthier eating habits for long lasting results.
Jim founded Individual Fitness, LLC, in January 2002. He is considered to be one of the leading fitness experts, entrepreneurs, and developers in the world of health & fitness. Jim has over 12 years of experience in the industry, with a college background in exercise science, and has held or currently holds certifications through NSCA and NASM.
John holds a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University Of North Dakota. During his education he gained valuable experience as a teaching assistant which included adapting exercise regimens for 200 people with various physical and health limitations.
In 2005 Jeff graduated from Colby –Sawyer College with a BA in art education and after working as a teacher for five years, school budget cuts ended the art program and gave him the opportunity to begin a new career.
